Mantle of the Moonlit Mists
1) While wearing this cloak, you can pull its hood over your head, as an action, to cast Invisibility on yourself. Causing yourself, and anything you are carrying or wearing, to become invisible. Invisibility drops when an attack is made, or a spell is cast.
2) While wearing this cloak, you can speak it’s command word as a bonus action, to cast Misty Step teleporting up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. Any item you are carrying or wearing is teleported with you.
When you disappear, you leave behind a cloud of silvery mist, and you appear in a similar cloud of mist at your destination. The mist lightly obscures the space you left and the space you appear in, and it dissipates at the end of your next turn. A light or stronger wind disperses the mist.
3) Alternatively, if you use an action the wearer of the cloak can harness the light of the moon to cast Moonbeam.
4) The Mantle of the Moonlit Mists can also be used to grant advantage on a saving throw against a spell’s effect.

The cloak has 5 charges. Each use of the cloak expends 1 charge. The cloak regains 1d4 expended charges daily at midnight.
Detrimental Effect: While attuned to this item you have vulnerability to radiant damage.
Warning: This item loses its magic if exposed to sunlight for 1 hour without interruption.

A creature you touch becomes invisible until the spell ends. Anything the target is wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it is on the target’s person. The spell ends for a target that attacks or casts a spell.

A silvery beam of pale light shines down in a 5-foot radius, 40-foot-high Cylinder centered on a point within range. Until the spell ends, dim light fills the Cylinder.
When a creature enters the spell’s area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it is engulfed in ghostly flames that cause searing pain, and it must make a Constitution saving throw. It takes 2d10 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
A shapechanger makes its saving throw with disadvantage. If it fails, it also instantly reverts to its original form and can’t assume a different form until it leaves the spell’s light.
On each of your turns after you cast this spell, you can use an action to move the beam 60 feet in any direction.
